Estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping carrier. For domestic orders, standard shipping typically takes between 3–5 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 23:59 uur (11:59 PM) will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Sunday before 17:00 uur (5:00 PM) will be delivered on Monday.
International orders may take 7–14 business days to arrive.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or in your account. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs procedures or extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
Order Status Updates
You will receive notifications regarding the status of your order, including shipping confirmation and any updates or delays.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery, based on the tracking information. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all tags still attached. Due to hygiene reasons, our drink bottles cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service or download the return form from the website. The return form includes the return address. Please include the completed form in your package.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the received item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the proof of postage.
Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges are processed within a certain time frame, usually within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received.
